Employee Spotlight – Séonaid Arthur, Onboarding Manager

After joining us this year in May 2022, Onboarding Manager, Séonaid works directly with clients to establish relationships when they first join us. With years of hospitality experience, Séonaid performs an integral part in the customer delivery process, allowing our teams to work seamlessly with our clients, once they have been onboarded properly.

What are you responsible for at Quantaco?
I am responsible for onboarding our new clients and staff to our platform. My key role is to ensure our new clients feel comfortable with a change in processes. This is done with hands-on training as well as regular face-to-face sessions with business owners and venue managers.

What’s the best part about your job?
Being able to use my years of hospitality experience to help teams streamline their process to get the best outcome from the Quantaco platform. I also love working with people!

What has been your biggest accomplishment working at Quantaco?
Quickly learning the role and becoming part of a team that has already seen significant growth in Quantaco’s business.

Which aspects of the company values do you most connect with?
For me, ‘creativity’ and ‘customer-obsessed’ both sing true to my passions in the workplace.
