We are pleased to share that our client leads from Hyderabad joined us in the Sydney office over the month of June. This visit was a mix of opportunities and enriching experiences. Let’s meet the team and learn about their stay in Sydney, and the work they were able to do with their clients here in Australia.
Meet Our Client Leads

Ahamad Khan – Client Lead
Ahamad’s visit to Sydney included an insightful trip to meet and work with some of his clients here in Sydney. His main goal was to understand their business operations and accounting practices more thoroughly, so he can continue to help his client reach their full potential.
Ahamad’s Takeaway: “This visit helped me understand their business better and clarify how they handle their clearing accounts. It provided insights into balance sheet and year-end activities. Understanding their goals and improvement areas for the next financial year was crucial.”
Divya Sekar – Client Lead
Divya has been with Quantaco since October 2020. She holds a degree in Commerce and CA Inter, with over seven years of experience, including a stint at Earnest & Young. In addition to maintaining clients’ end-to-end accounting and meeting their deliverables with utmost quality, Divya has also contributed to recruiting candidates at the processor level across multiple teams. She has been closely working on the roll out of CashUp, transitioning all her venues from spreadsheet DTS to CashUp, which has significantly improved sales data representation and reconciliation.
Divya’s Takeaway: “We were fortunate enough to have a pub immersion day at Hyde Park House, where we had the opportunity to see the most secluded part of the pub – the safe and floats. We also participated in the EOFY celebration, which was a great platform to socialise and understand the business better. Lastly, visiting VIVID was the best part!”
Padma Maganti – Client Lead
Padma had been with Quantaco since June 2020, in this time she has worked with a wide range of Quantaco’s clients. With 14 years of global experience in financial planning, operations, and analysis, she has transitioned processes across the US, Belgium, UK, and Australia. What does transitioned processes mean?
Padma’s Takeaway: “Our visit to Sydney was exceptional. Meeting clients face-to-face allowed us to strengthen our connections and gain a deeper understanding of their expectations. The management report meetings provided valuable insights into the client’s key focus areas. The pub immersion day was enlightening, offering us a thorough understanding of the gaming areas and the intricacies of the Cash Up process.”
What Was on the Agenda?
Client Engagement in New South Wales
Our Hyderabad team engaged with our hospitality clients across New South Wales. These interactions were geared towards understanding client needs better, providing solutions, and strengthening relationships.
Bi-Weekly Lunch and Learn Event
The team participated in our popular bi-weekly lunch and learn event here in the Sydney office. This session provided an opportunity to share knowledge and foster team bonding and collaborative learning.
Immersive Pub Day at Hyde Park House
One of the highlights of their visit was an immersive pub day at Hyde Park House. The day focused on various aspects of pub operations, from gaming and reconciliation to front-of-house processes and kitchen efficiency.
As the morning progressed, the team was treated to firsthand insights into front-of-house operations, encompassing processes, techniques (like how to poor a beer), and stringent quality control measures. Explorations of market trends and innovations equipped the team with invaluable knowledge to better cater to their clients’ evolving challenges, needs, and preferences.
The focus then shifted to kitchen operations, providing the team with insights into food preparation, menu development, and optimising kitchen efficiency. Discussions also covered updated food health and safety standards, emphasising how our compliance solution Star Compliance can streamline procedures, checklists, and tasks to uphold standards in pub kitchens.
To top it all off, there was an opportunity for the team to get behind the bar and pour some beers. Let’s just say, some of us might need to stick to our day jobs!
