Since joining us in November 2006, Lisa Yang has become our fountain of knowledge when it comes to anything to do with our software systems. Both clients and staff alike get the answers they need from Lisa. As Systems Administrator she plays a key role in the day-to-day running and maintenance of our systems to avoid downtime or technical support issues for our clients.

What are you responsible for at Quantaco?

I’m responsible for the configuration and maintenance of all software systems including Netsuite, Deputy, Adaptive, Keypay, Cooking The Books, and Lightyear etc. I’m also the point of contact for answering system-related technical questions from internal staff and clients.

What’s the best part about your job?

I really enjoy the challenges meaning I get to daily problem solve and develop my technical knowledge.

What has been your biggest accomplishment working at Quantaco so far?

Being able to utilise both my accounting and computer science skills together.
