Meet the team – Yasmin Munro, Operations Manager

After gaining over 6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end bookkeeping, team, client and systems management and a thorough understanding of all financial, relationship, and technology management, Yasmin knew her passion was bringing technology and people together. Innovation through technology, particularly in the hospitality industry led her to us here at Quantaco in January 2016. 

Now, Yasmin draws on her 16 years of work experience, 10 of which have been in managing business operations to ensure Quantaco runs smoothly as Operations Manager. 

What are you responsible for at Quantaco? 

All manner of day-to-day operations including; onboarding new clients, managing projects across the group, all systems and processes and assisting with managing our teams in Sydney and Hyderabad. 

What’s the best part about your job? 

Having new challenges everyday and overcoming these to help our client’s business grow.

What has been your biggest accomplishment working at Quantaco?

The scoping, project managing, implementing and change management of moving the business advisory team of 50+ staff’s workflow management from manual spreadsheets and emails to an automated system in Monday.com

Which three words best describe you? 

Driven, Passionate and Loyal.

Which aspects of the company values do you most connect with? 

Curious. I am eternally curious about learning new things, coming up with solutions to issues and improving efficiencies.

What’s a fun fact about you that others might not know?

I have lived in four countries – New Zealand, Australia, England and India.
