Quantaco is delighted to announce it has acquired CTB AND CO., a cloud-based kitchen management software solution that simplifies processes, lowers costs, and improves financial transparency for food and beverage operators.
The acquisition brings together two entrepreneurial Australian companies forming one of the country’s largest hospitality technology providers dedicated to empowering hospitality businesses make better data-driven decision in real-time to improve performance.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Quantaco, Anthony Sullivan, said: “Both Quantaco and CTB AND CO. have been serving the Australian hospitality industry for over a decade, working with some of the most esteemed businesses across Australia.

CTB AND CO. will continue to trade under its brand and operate as a service line within Quantaco’s technology suite. Andrew Briese will join Quantaco’s executive team as the Executive Director for CTB AND CO.
In today’s challenging retail and hospitality environment, this acquisition will allow Quantaco to integrate a more comprehensive suite of products for customers into one seamless ecosystem.
