This year marks a major milestone for Quantaco as we celebrate 10 years of operating in India. Our journey began in pursuit of high-quality accounting talent, setting up our base in Hyderabad with just a handful of team members. Today, we are proud to have grown to a team of 115 strong, with roles that have expanded far beyond accounting. Our Hyderabad office now encompasses teams across technology, customer success, onboarding, and other essential support services, playing a vital role in Quantaco’s overall success.

To commemorate this incredible journey, members of the Quantaco Executive team recently spent a week in Hyderabad, celebrating this milestone with a series of events and spending quality time with colleagues—both familiar faces and new ones. It was a week filled with excitement, reflection, and shared vision for the future.

A Week of Celebrations and Collaboration

The celebrations kicked off with a series of team-building activities, including a business update where we reflected on the highlights of the previous financial year and shared our strategic plan for the upcoming fiscal year. This was an important moment to align everyone on our goals and celebrate the impact our Hyderabad team has had over the years.

We were also thrilled to welcome some of our valued customers to Hyderabad, where they joined in the festivities and had the chance to meet the team members who support them from India. This personal connection made the celebration even more special and fostered a stronger sense of community between our teams and customers.

Among the many events during the week, one of the most enjoyable moments was the mini-Olympics, a fun-filled day of sports that included an afternoon cricket match—an event that truly brought out the spirit of camaraderie and friendly competition. The day was a perfect balance of fun and fitness, reinforcing the strong bonds within our diverse teams. The week concluded with a gala celebration that showcased the talents and spirit of our team members. There was music, dancing, and a range of awards to recognise standout performances across various departments. It was an unforgettable evening, filled with laughter, appreciation, and a collective sense of pride in all that we have accomplished together.
