Having joined us in October 2018, General Manager Sneha Gonsalvez oversees our large Quantaco team based in India. After obtaining her PGDM in Finance from the MIT School of Business, Sneha pursued her career in tax and accounting. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from her investment firm background, as well as from the likes of Deloitte India which serves her well when leading our Hyderabad team.
What are you responsible for at Quantaco?
I am in charge of the day-to-day management of the Quantaco team in India including; client management, work quality, turnaround time, cost and resource management, as well as assisting in the seamless communication between our teams in Sydney and India.
What’s the best part about your job?
My role is very dynamic which means every day is interesting.
What has been your biggest accomplishment working at Quantaco?
Managing a team of over 50 staff during the pandemic and being able to seamlessly transition the entire team from an office set-up to working remotely from home.
Managing people, training, innovation, and process improvements all while ensuring the quality of client service is maintained and improved consistently was a big achievement.

Collaborative. I work to coordinate efforts between all of our team members to attain the common goal of providing consistent, quality, and timely services to our clients.

I love to travel, and when I do, the journey for me is as important and enjoyable as the destination.
