India, like many countries, was hit hard by COVID-19 and that meant our Indian-based colleagues had to pivot and work virtually for over two years. Even with this shift, it didn’t stop us from growing with over 30 new team members onboarding virtually since then.
Since joining us in November 2006, Lisa Yang has become our fountain of knowledge when it comes to anything to do with our software systems. Both clients and staff alike get the answers they need from Lisa. As Systems Administrator she plays a key role in the day-to-day running and maintenance of our systems to avoid downtime or technical support issues for our clients.
