Why Quantaco, how are you different?

How long is the onboarding and setup process?

Typically, the onboarding process is less than four weeks from start to finish. You’re completely supported by our onboarding team who work hand-in-hand with you to get you set up on the platform.

How secure is my data in the Quantaco platform?

We use enterprise systems that have the highest level of security, including backing up your data in multiple systems to ensure business continuity.

I can do many of these things myself, why do I need you?

We like to think of ourselves as an extension of your team, and while no doubt you could do much of what our team do, we believe your time is better served running the front of house, leaving us to take care of the back. Plus, with our hospitality-specific technology and expertise, we can help you improve efficiency, streamline operational management, and save time in your operations too!

Will I have the ability to speak to someone if I need to?

Absolutely, we have consistent communication with our clients, including standard scheduled meetings on a weekly basis to make sure we are working as collaboratively as possible. In fact, many clients reach out to bounce ideas off of us, discuss specific challenges, or to celebrate wins as well. 

Can I take bits of what you offer?

Our platform works best when all the key components are together. We take the pain away from you having to manage multiple systems yourself so to get the most value and return on investment the platform as a whole should be used. Our customer success managers will discuss with you exactly how to get the most out of the systems we offer, and which solutions would work best for you.

How long have you been operating?

Our history of working with hospitality operators dates back over a decade. You may have come across us when we operated as part of the PKF network. We rebranded to Quantaco in 2020 to better reflect the broad range of solutions we now offer.
