As Quantaco continues to expand, we are always looking for new talent who have unique skills, qualities, or experience that we can add to our already diverse team. Our latest three hires, Rob, Justyna, and Paul join us across the Platform Services and Product teams to help us continuously innovate and improve our offering to hospitality businesses.
Here is more about each of our new team members, and how they will be making a lasting impact here at Quantaco.
Quantaco Expanding Platform Services
Rob and Justyna join the Platform Services team and will work directly with our clients to help deliver insights into their financial performance. They join our team as we expand our services to new clients and bring a wealth of additional accounting experience to the team.
Rob Shanley, Client Director
Having started in Corporate Restructuring in KPMG Dublin (a busy time post-GFC!) Rob moved to Sydney in 2014 and has been working in property and hospitality since. He worked for McGrath Estate Agents but was most recently a CFO/COO of Greencliff Group, focusing on their Kensington St project the “Eat Street” in Chippendale.
Rob shared why he joined Quantaco and what his first impressions have been so far by saying,
“For me, the technology focus really sets Quantaco apart from the other firms which is why I chose to join them, and from everything I’ve seen it’s a team of friendly and welcoming people.”
Justyna Ziniewicz, Client Manager
As an experienced tax compliance accountant, Justyna has expertise in management accounting and business advisory for clients with substantial investment portfolios. She is passionate about simplifying complex accounting processes and providing clients with easy-to-understand solutions for their financial needs. She has worked in a variety of industries including hospitality, trading, construction, health services, legal services, and marine transportation. But the one thing they all have in common is that Justyna has helped them thrive through effective financial management.
Speaking on why she has chosen to work with Quantaco, Justyna shared,
“What made me want to join Quantaco was their passion for people, technology-driven solutions for businesses and the emphasis on collaboration and striving for synergy rather than separate efforts. Everyone is super friendly, and I’ve felt welcomed to a team of amazing of professionals.”
Enhancing Our Products
On the product side, Paul joins the team as Product Manager and is responsible for the vision of our proprietary products. He acts as a conduit, listening to our team and customer feedback and ensuring those requirements are captured and fed into our development cycles.
Paul Harper, Product Manager
Paul is an experienced technology consultant with over 15 years working for global technology vendors, as well as founding his own technology start-up. Whilst he has a long history in customer technology, his product management experience ranges from leveraging cloud computing platforms for business automation to integrations and mobile applications.
For the past 8 years, he has also worked in the hospitality sector, after starting and managing a restaurant, bar & wedding venue on the NSW mid-north coast.
Sharing why he chose Quantaco, Paul said,
“The way in which Quantaco bring both hospitality industry know-how and technology innovation together to provide value to customers is what made me want to work with them.
