2022 has been a year of growth for us here at Quantaco and as such we’re honoured to have been recognised as the 8th fastest growing company in the Australian Financial Review’s FAST 100, and the 5th fastest growing company on the Smart50 list by SmartCompany.
In preparation for continuing this trend in 2023 we’ve welcomed new employees across various areas of the business. In this post we want to take a look at one of our key metrics for success, as well as acknowledge our new members of the team.
Employee Engagement Survey Results
We believe monitoring employee engagement is a key metric for business success, and our latest results across our Sydney and Hyderabad teams are very encouraging.
The results showed an 85% participation rate in the survey, indicating a high degree of engagement as well as:
● 90% of our team feeling Quantaco is really well placed to succeed over the next three years.
● And 89% of our team feeling connected to the company goals, which means they see a link between their job role and company strategy.
It’s fantastic to grow and build a team that is passionate about the industry we are dedicated to as well as the values we live and work by. But we’re always striving for more. In order to achieve our goals over the next five years, as well as continue our customer obsession value in 2023 we’re expanding our team in all areas to bring in even more expertise.
Adding Diversity and Expertise to our Teams
In Technology – Linda Wei
Linda joins our Sydney-based team of developers as a User Experience Engineer, bringing her expertise from building retail applications and most recently working for News Corp as a front-end developer. Linda’s focus is on fine-tuning our Salesline and Cashup applications, making them as user-friendly and intuitive as possible.
In Insurance – Susan Richie
Susan joins our insurance team as Claims Executive, bringing over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry to our operation. Susan’s focus is on offering a seamless service for our customers when they need to make a claim and ensuring that we progress the claim as quickly and efficiently as possible.
In Business Development – Ryan Morris
Ryan joins the team as Business Development Manager. Ryan has spent many years working in the hospitality industry, most recently as a General Manager. Ryan also brings previous business development experience and will be leveraging this to connect with future business opportunities for Quantaco.
In Customer Success – Patch Elliott
Patch joins Quantaco having spent over a decade working in the hospitality industry across venue and restaurant management as well as beverage sales. In Patch’s role as Customer Success Manager, he will be working directly with our customers supporting their use of our platform and delivering value through training, analytics and best operational practices.
Three people are also joining our platform services team:
Client Directors: Philip Knight & Don Brown
Philip is a qualified chartered accountant with a broad finance skillset, including experience in ASX-listed businesses, bringing a depth of finance experience across areas such as commercial, financial reporting, treasury, and management.
Don is also a qualified chartered accountant and brings a wealth of experience having worked in some of the largest global accounting firms. Don has a great deal of experience in tax and previously led teams operating as virtual CFOs.
Both Philip and Don lead teams at Quantaco and work directly with our clients to deliver value through strategic financial advice and ongoing support of growth in their business.
Assistant Manager – Jordan Lodyga
Jordan brings his experience in financial accounting, taxation, and audit services to our team at Quantaco. In Jordan’s role he works directly with our clients, acting as an extension to their team offering financial advice and guidance.
We’re excited to see what 2023 brings, and with the expertise we have in our teams, we know we’ll be continuing to deliver excellent products and services to our hospitality clients.
