Anthony is the founder and CEO of Quantaco. He has been providing advice to businesses in the hospitality industry for over a decade and is dedicated to providing solutions to the needs of the industry that have previously gone unmet. Anthony is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Member of the Director’s Institute and holds a degree in Commerce, Finance and Accounting.

Michael ensures the smooth operation of the business, creating value to our clients through the use of technology and automation to transform business outcomes. Michael is a Chartered Accountant with a degree in Finance and Economics and an MBA.

Scott is focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring our suite of solutions meets the needs of our clients. He has previously worked for global technology companies and brings experience in both the travel and hospitality industries. Scott has a degree in Tourism Management and an MBA.

Mitch leads the Business Advisory team whose industry focus and experience enables best practise business process that connects financial data to optimal business outcomes. In short we know where our clients want to be and we help get them there. Mitch holds a degree in Commerce and Finance and is a Chartered Accountant.

Martin leads Capital Advisory which is focused on providing advisory and brokerage services for our customers. With over 20 years of experience in Financial Services, he has a broad network of partners that enables him to secure unique and valuable deals for our clients.

Ravi Madhavan is dedicated to spearheading the implementation of Quantaco’s cutting-edge software solutions, with a strong commitment to providing our clients with timely and invaluable data-driven insights that transforms the landscape of hospitality services. Ravi has been at the helm of various teams in both startup ventures and Fortune 500 corporations, spanning industries such as Technology, Oil & Gas, financial services, Media and Information Services.

Michael leads Quantaco’s partner operation Talent Formula who provide outsourced Accounting and Financial Services to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. Michael leads a hundred-strong team based in India and has developed a unique approach to providing staff-as-a-service, leveraging the depth of qualified talent available in India with a collaborative and inclusive approach to partnership. Michael has a degree in Commerce and Finance.

Hannah’s focus is to make Quantaco an ever better workplace by designing and delivering people and culture solutions driven by inclusion. Hannah’s approach to People strategies comes from a decade spent in India, where she worked with international businesses in the Indian market to develop and implement contextualised people strategies. Hannah has a degree in Business Management.

Philip started his career as a qualified Chartered Accounting with PWC before founding companies that were sold to Microsoft and Sage. Phil worked and lived in America for many years before returning to Australia to join Phocas as the CEO. As an experienced SaaS and Tech entrepreneur, Phil advises growing tech businesses and mentors several Tech CEOs.
